Their expertise is Brazilian blow drys so for hair that wants straightening.
I unfortunately wanted a volume blow dry with soft waves which wasn't what they are used to so it was a bit of a disappointment for me. However they tried their best and even offered to refund me the money as a compensation which was really courteous of them.
Had to redo my Hair straight after though cause the lady had completely dried out my ends with too hot blow drier.

I left with some mark on my skin (forehead ) from colouring my hair and they denied it is from the colour! Also next day I could see that my hair wasn't as they should be. My blond hair turned to something between grey and yellow
