Can't fault the staff on their friendliness at all- they were extremely welcoming. However, I didn't think that the hairdresser I had (Rodrigo) was as skilled as I hoped he would be - was quite heavy handed with me and didn't blow my hair out the way that I had asked him to. Overall, fantastic people but perhaps could do with a little more attention to detail.
As always, the best hair colourist. Friendly atmosphere and tea/coffee. Go here for cut and colour!

If you a want a relaxed, friendly salon then this is the place!
Ive had a few bad experiences in pretentious, over-priced london salons but I bounced out the door after my appointment with Rodrigo! My hair was exactly what I wanted and Rodrigo is clearly very skilled and made me feel very comfortable!
Chilled, reasonably priced and very friendly with the added bonus of a cute little pup to pet while you wait! Cant wait to go back, thanks Rodrigo x
