Staff were lovely but the atmosphere was quite loud rather than relaxing. My hair was fairly long and is now short which I did not expect but I actually now love it! The color is much darker on my ends as compared to my roots. Pricing is decent for London (I am from the North so it's actually a lot more than I usually would pay!)
