Although I generally got the haircut I asked for, the experience itself was uncomfortable as the women who cut my hair spoke little to no English. The actual consultation about what I wanted was done by someone else who translated to the woman. During the haircut I wasn't asked if I wanted layers, what parting I wanted, the initial double check of the length before the first snip (after you wash your hair) or how I wanted it styled. I didn't like how it was styled as it made me look like someone from the 80s, so I washed my hair immediately when I got home and styled it myself. Overall it was fine-ish, but I wouldn't come back.
Staff were great and very friendly,got my perm treatment done and the results were great however over only a few days the curls faded and now my hair is as straight as before,really upset about this as I would have wanted it to stay as it was when the treatment was done.

My whole experience at the salon was fabulous and the dog Marley is so sweet and make my experience even better!
