I have only recently staring using Kim but I find her very professional & knowledgeable on products and also friendly and she puts me at ease. I have changed my colour from blonde to dark and back to blonde and also had it cut shorter and restyled and it looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Kim and I have already done so and my daughter in law is also very happy with her too.
