It was my first visit to the salon on 16.01.19 for two treatments. Beth was really lovely and made me feel very welcome. The treatments were good, but I was a little disappointed with the Indian Head Massage. I would have liked a deeper, longer scalp massage and not so much time spent on my back. The room felt very confined. I would have preferred to have taken my top off for the facial, and had a blanket/towel over me. The treatment didn't include my neck or declotage, so I felt a little disappointed.
Beth was gentle and explained exactly what she was doing. The products smelt lovely, and my skin felt soft and hydrated afterwards. Would have been nice to have been offered a glass of water.
