Staff were very friendly and welcoming, but not so happy about the actual treatment. I had eyebrow/ eyelash tint, initially it looked good but it lasted less than 1 week, and my mother had eyelash extension done but most of it fell out at night, so she had to remove it next day which is less than 24h. Both therapist we had were great but won't be returning.
I asked Treatwell for refund just for my mother's treatment but was told to go directly to salon to approve refund. Not very helpful
