Always a relaxing experience -well aside from the Hollywood - but that’s my fault as I sometimes leave too much time between appointments 🙄 so hair gets long as was case this time. When I do go regularly as instructed, it’s like a walk in the park. But either way, they know me well now and treat me with patience 😊
