I very much enjoyed my facial treatment with Kimani. He was professional, warm and clearly loves his job and his clients and truly wants the best for them and will advise accordingly what is best for their specific circumstance. In terms of the salon, it was safe, secure and hygienic in light of COVID-19 measures. All of the substances used during the facial also had a nice smell!

Loved the atmosphere and Kimani but the wax itself was quite painful and patchy.
