Kimani combines friendliness with professionalism. On my first visit, I had a head massage -including face, neck and upper back - which was vigorous and invigorating. My eyelash tint today (after a patch test applied at my first visit to ensure I had no adverse reaction to the dye) was carefully executed and effective. I will add the fifth star when he gets a proper step to help short people get on to the treatment couch!

As someone who struggles with back and neck pain and works an office job, I’m always looking for a professional massage therapist who can deliver results. The initial consultation was really nice and good, but the deep tissue massage I had was the worst massage I've ever had. At points he twisted my body in ways that only an osteopath or chiropractor should, Kimani got annoyed with me when "I couldn't handle the pain'. I cried afterwards and now I have a weird tingling/sciatic sensation down the right side of my body since the massage which is really worrying that long term damage has been caused.
