Tax-evading shop with premium prices, & absolutely sketchy customer service. I amended my original order I made via Treatwell & manager refused to adjust the price. So was charged for half the service. Also wanted me to pay to her personal account?

Normally I have a fantastic experience however today the manicurist was practically falling asleep throughout my manicure. My nails looked absolutely butchered as she yawned her way through & kept flinching to keep herself awake. It was quite worrying to be honest. Another manicurist took over but the results were not great. Disappointed.
