Therapist was so great! Even though it was my first wax at this location I felt so comfortable with her and the service was swift and effective. The good thing is that while talking with her, time went quickly like i am chatting with my friend unlike other salon where therapist don't talk. Would recommend and this is my go to salon now.

I won’t be returning. I booked a wax and expected a professional, discreet experience. Instead, I was asked several unnecessary personal questions, including about my profession, which felt inappropriate and financially motivated. The focus should be on delivering the service, not probing into a client’s personal circumstances.
