The appointment was on time, I didn't wait to be attended. Place felt welcoming and relaxing. Hena was very nice, thorough and even provided me with some recommendations for my over plucked brows.

Facial deep cleaning was good - very calming and soothing however I did expect a bit more time spent on the black head extraction part. it felt like some parts of my face were missed. otherwise really pleased with the treatment and the beautician
