I was warmly welcomed even though I arrived early. Being covered by two towels instead of one felt cozy. I got to choose the oil for massage. Overall, it was very relaxing.

Hard to give this place even one star - they were probably having a bad week. My appointment was 30 minutes late, during my lunch break... There was about 7 colours to choose from, terrible range, and then the one I chose was empty so I had to choose another. Not sure how this business stays afloat and think Treatwell should do some sort of QA on places it puts in its system.
