This is the type of place that you go to get a service and leave. There's no customer experience to be had here. just in and out and be on your way. I had my shellac removed and Doreen obviously did not use enough cotton wool because after 30 minutes of soaking, it still wouldn't budge and end up forcing it off. the massage, however, was great. my only criticism is that the towels were tatty and there was zero ambience. Doreen isn't chatty which I found unusual and at the end she just said "that's it" and left. no offer of water or anything. the value is insane though do go there expecting to just get your service in a no frills venue and you won't be disappointed.

I have to say that it didn’t look the most glamorous of places from the outside but the service was incredible! I was asked lots of questions about how I wanted my lashes before hand and they look so incredible. Amazing service felt completely at ease.
