Venue is purposeful, the room smelt gorgeous which created an ambience of relaxation and quiet. Sophie is a true professional, explaining treatments and making me feel confident in her ability. Chatty when she needs to be and quiet when she needs to be. She is very good about reading her clients' needs. Excellent treat every 6 weeks!!
