Isobel was friendly and professional and the bikni wax was thorough and well done. She checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with it and was happy to take off a bit more hair when I asked. The room was clean and quiet. The treatments are downstairs, at the back of the pharmacy. It was a bit unclear where to go at first but friendly staff at the pharmacy were happy to help. Would recommend this salon and this treatment.
