The therapist was lovely and it didn't hurt much. Although she made me feel at ease, the waxing wasn't as thorough as I would have liked hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

I instantly felt welcome and relaxed from the moment of my arrival through to my departure where I felt I was floating on a cloud :) I appreciate the attention to detail in customizing the facial to my particular needs which made the experience feel that more special.Emma and Dr Fayaz are really professional!
