I had a Skinceuticals Deep Cleansing facial and Swedish back massage. Isa is very knowledgeable, made me feel at ease and explained everything to me. Both services were tailored to my needs. I was asked about the pressure I want and about my concerns. Massage was relaxing but also very thorough, I felt that all muscles (including the ones I forgot I had) were taken care of, and I was given helpful advice about which parts need more attention. Right after the massage while walking out I noticed that I stand more straight and my back was more relaxed, if still a bit sore (but I have very tense back always so that's understandable). Overall very happy, amazing value for money and I'll definitely come back.
As for my facial, it was started by a few questions about my skin and a quick analysis, and she chose the right products for my skin type. There was cleansing, exfoliating, steaming, extractions,toning, serums, mask, moisturiser (applied with a mini face massage that was lovely!). I was given lots of helpful advice about managing my skin type and I was even given a sample of the serum that was applied during the facial. Again very happy and great value for money.
