Emma is amazing and a very calming practitioner. I was very nervous when I went in and she soon calmed me down. The atmosphere is clinical, clean yet homely which is good. I was very scared of how painful it might be, but it really wasn't as bad as I thought. It was less painful than waxing. Very happy with my treatment. Thanks emma!
