As always, Isabel is a marvellous masseuse and I think her treatments are very beneficial. I have no complaints about that.
Unfortunately for the past few treatments I’ve had trouble with the booking process and have had to buy a VOUCHER and then use it to book an appointment by phone. Isabel tells me I’m not her only client to mention this.
Treatwell, please sort out this computer glitch. It means I have had to wait 3 weeks between appointments because of the complicated process.
I also note that the appointment seems to have changed from an hour to 45 minutes. Or am I wrong?
I should also mention that the lighting in the treatment room has gone back to the bright LED ceiling lights which are not conducive to relaxing. They need a new floor lamp for softer lighting.
