The facial is great! I’ve been there several times and Isabel does an amazing job. My only complaint is that just before my facial they had done a full body laser hair removal treatment and as a result, the room smelled awful. It went away after around 15 mins (or maybe my nose just got used to the smell), but not a pleasant way to start your facial. I have been there several times though and this is the first time it happens. So it’s not a regular occurrence luckily.
