The shop itself is fine, but crowded and impersonal. Quality must vary depending on the staff member, as my friend got a perfectly decent express manicure. My own full manicure was disappointing. We were rushed out of the way to accommodate more customers, so I was told the polish was dry long before it was. As a result four of my nails were ruined before we even left the room, so almost half had to be redone right away. They were nice about this, at least, but it rather marred an already somewhat mediocre experience. The nail polish also seemed quite old, since it was thick and uneven coming out of the bottle and flaked right off my nails within three days. It wasn't a total waste, especially with company, but for the price I'd hoped for more.
