This visit, the team seemed to have overbooked and our treatment started a hour and 15 mins late, wasn't offered any money/ % off for letting us sit around and wait without anyone keeping us informed with what was going on.
Service was rushed and didn't feel I got the correct attention considering the treatment isn't cheap.
