For £40 I expected a little more than what it was, literally connected to a laundrette or dry cleaner. It was not clean and I had my mani done on a towel that had clippings and bits of skin from other people's treatments. The manicurist didn't do a great job on my mani and I wasn't impressed with the gel application either. I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. So many better plavces in Soho and am sorry I booked this place.
Top Nails is a no frills kind of place, do not expect anything too fancy. It makes up for it, however, by being good value, quick and efficient. My gel mani took about 35 mins.
A couple of days later, a piece of my nail chipped off (not the polish, the nail itself, which is odd as my nails are in good condition). Needless to say, this didn't look great, and I can only attribute it to whatever technique Top Nails used. This will not stop me from going back, however. For speed and efficiency, this place really is great.

As others have mentioned, while the manicure was pretty good the staff could have been better. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited 15 minutes for them to finish up on another customer. Half way into the service the woman who was working on me left and started working on someone else. I paid for a deluxe manicure, but for the extra £5 all they do is put lotion on your hands. I was expecting a much less rushed, more relaxing experience.
