I visited this nail bar on Treatwell staff recommendation because New Skin cancelled after I'd booked and paid. Got there, was welcomed more or less nicely. The manucurist hurt my cuticle zone 3 or 4 times and I bled a bit. The pedicure lady was a bit brutal when moving my feet about, and 'shaved off' my hard skin leaving the skin on my soles bumpy. When it came to the nail polish they piled thick layers on my nails and of course they put so much that it now looks bumpy as stripey. Never again! The place isn't particularly clean either. I think I am owed a refund... :( and I paid £42.

The first time when I was here, at the end of the treatment I was told that they accept just cash. So I asked them about the nearest cash point. I told them that I will leave my bag there, and I'm coming bag. One of them said that no no, she will come with me! Obviously she thought that I will leave without paying! (my bag worth 10times more). But it's ok, I thought that they do it at every customer. The next time when I went, another woman said she will go to the cash point, she took all of her stuff with her. Nobody said anything to her. The staff of this salon should learn to treat everyone in the same way!!

Very good meticulous work yet the Shellac is actually OPI - looks very nice but just for clarification; overall very good mani & pedi work at a convenient location
