This place is honestly as basic as it comes in terms of hygiene and "customer service." I've been there twice and first time I had my nails done by a trainee who couldn't have been less interested and did a terrible job on the shape, as it was my first time having acrylics I thought maybe this was standard.
The second time the man tutted and asked where I got them done because they are all breaking, when I said at his salon that seemed to quieten him down. He was so rough with my nails I've got bleeding and sore cuticles the next day.
They will accept walk ins before scheduled appointments and expect to be treated like they are doing you a favour rather than a paying customer.
If you are in a real bind and must have your nails done on short notice in the central London area that is the only time I would recommend it.

Had to wait a long time as there were too many customers at the same time with appointments and they kept accepting those without. Treatment itself wasn't as good as usual and she overpainted a lot so need to take extra time to remove nail polish.

My nail technician was very sweet and accommodating. The fumes in the salon were overwhelming and meant I couldn't fully enjoy experience, which was a shame.
