Long waiting time despite having an appointment.
Also the result is very sloppy. Lot of overpainting and the colour was applied too often to look natural. Usually they do great work but it really depends on who's doing the gel nails.

Great experience as usual, love my nails! The only thing that needs improvement is their nail polish color collection... there isn't that much to choose from. Would be nice to have a wider and more updated variety.

Great result. Have to say that even with appointment you have to calculate a waiting time as they have a lot of walk-ins they treat equally.

Had my appointment on the Tuesday for gel nails. The women didn't put a towel down (like everyone else around me) and hadn't wiped down the surface so there were bits of nail everywhere. 4 days later I have travelled away from London for Christmas and one of the nails has chipped - really unhappy and definitely will not be returning.
