I was very disappointed with this appointment.
I booked a deluxe manicure because I bite my nails and they need some extra attention. The manicurist shaped my nails well, but the hand mask treatment was rushed and the flannels she wrapped my hands in were cold.
When it came to painting the nails the manicurist would not paint all the way to the base of the nail. I asked her to redo it twice, but she said it "wouldn't look good" and reapplied more varnish where she had already painted. This meant that my manicure looked like it had been done a week ago and within 48 hours the varnish had peeled off because there was so much of it on. As such this was a waste on money: I had the treatment on Friday lunch time and it didn't make it to the end of the weekend.
Also i felt really uncomfortable asking for something to be done in a particular way and being told that I was wrong - I am paying so i should be able to have a manicure the way I like.
After this appointment the owner contacted me to apologize and offer to redo the manicure which I thought was really nice and very professional.

The place was very clean. Staff was very nice (as always!) and experienced. Nice ambiance too. And my nails look amazing :)
