I find the staff here to be very well informed, and open with me about my choices. I asked for a service, which they explained may not be beneficial to my nails and suggested I have an alternative as they knew I would return a week later. Some salon staff just want money and don't care for their customers, however since I have been going to Top Nail, I find the girls are always very helpful, thorough and like making their clients happy.

lovely nail bar...great location for Central london workers but it can be hit or miss...don't expect to finish on time and expect a bit of a wait..
