I wouldn't recommend this salon, where my daughter and I had a french manicure and a gel polish. The treatments are cheap for central London and there's a reason why. The room (attached to a dry cleaner) wasn't very welcoming; the staff barely spoke to us. The towels on which we had the manicure were dirty and I saw no evidence of tools being sterilised between customers. The person doing my daughter's treatment took a chunk out of her nail bed which bled quite badly. Although the French manicure initially looked quite good, only one coat of varnish was applied and it chipped in less than 24 hours. A disappointing experience.

Lovely nails as always but on this occasion I didn't feel the staff were as polite as usual, I know it's a fast service in and out but I usually experience a friendlier atmosphere. However I am happy with my nails none the less.

My first pedicure at Top Nails was a great experience, I felt very relaxed and the treatment chairs were comfy. My feet were left super soft and I had matching acrylic nails too which I was also happy with. I can't wait for my next pedi!
