They didn't know what kind of gel i had on, insisted I should know. Thought they were the "top nail bar" and would know a bit more about their own subject matter. They kept me waiting for thirty minutes, to the point where i could no longer feel my fingers which were dipped in warm alcohol. They tried different methods. Burned me a bit. Insisted I booked the "shellac removal" when I booked "NAIL OR GEL REMOVAL". Shellac is only one kind of gel. The rude guy even came to day he would do me a favour and not surcharge me another five pounds. In general, the studio seemed horrid from the first moment I walked in. And the shellac polishes I have seen on clients was at least mediocre. Avoid. Would love it if it was possible to get a refund as a means of compensation for the time, stress and pain.

Great for a convenient quick mail treatment. Essentially these treatments are just a shape and polish so as long as you know that's all you're getting then you're fine. Would you back for convenience!

I enjoyed Top Nail Bar, nice staff and being clumsy I immediately smudged a nail which they re-did for me.
The salon was quite busy, obviously popular as they do a good job, so I'd recommend booking.
