The staff are really friendly and do a through job. I had a gel manicure in my lunch break and the nail technician worked speedily as she was aware I had to get back to work.

I would have rated higher as I generally feel that they they are great staff and great value but I got a manicure and pedicure done and I felt with the pedicure they could have done more work on the hard skin on the soles of the feet and with the manicure a little more detail on cleaning underneath the nails

I booked in for deluxe manicure, and would say it's not worth paying extra for deluxe (you get your hands wrapped in hot cloths). Overall, the polish on the nails has been well done, but the service was fairly poor in terms of waiting around, the therapist barely addressing you and then doing someone else's nails halfway through. I would say it's a good manicure, but the service needs improving.
