Been here plenty of times, I’m always sat down straight away and they are quite quick at doing the nails. Just factor in waiting to dry time in how long you’ll be there as it’s essential you stay for 10/15 minutes for them to dry before you leave.
The staff are lovely and the location is really easy to get to, about 5 minutes from Oxford Circus.
The nail extensions last the standard 2 weeks. I’ve previously had a few break after a few days but it’s clear they’ve started using stronger glue and since no problems.
One suggestion would be that they put all the nail colours on a nail chart that I could flick through whilst waiting or getting them done as it’s hard to see the true colours when in the bottle on the wall.

Rushed - nails chipped - returned twice in one day to fix and they refuse a refund. Embarrassingly they made me feel like it was my own fault in the shop I front of customers. Never returning again (as I was a loyal customer before)

I booked a classic manicure for me and a friend as a birthday treat for her and we are still amazed at how great the results are. It's been three days now and the polish still looks as good as new (the nails had to endure a night out etc). I'm super happy and can only highly recommend this place as it is also very affordable. Will definitely be back!
