Love this place, the staff are great and really accommodating.
Unfortunately I wasn't as happy with my gel manicure this time around - the edges were a little rough.

I've had good manicures from this place before, but my recent experience was terrible. The technician was VERY rushed and did my nails in less than 15 minutes - didn't buff nails or do any cuticle work as they'd always done in the past. When I mentioned this she refused, saying I didn't book a full manicure (which was true) but again I booked the same service several times in the past and they'd always done a quick filing down of the cuticle area. The colour wasn't evenly applied and my gel nails started peeling off after a few days. Now a week has gone by and they're all completely gone. I'm quite frustrated as this wasn't a cheap service and will never return again.
