they were running late so had about a 10 minute wait, lady who did my nails didn't seem to have that much experience (wasn't sure how to work the UV lamp. However was generally happy with the outcome and my nails have lasted quite well

I always come here and I'm always very happy with my gel nails. They are always flawless and last a long time. This time though it was a few days before Christmas, the place was packed! I had an appointment but it didn't make much of a difference. I still had to wait and then it was all very rushed and the lady did someone else's nails while my old gel colour was soaking off. In the end my nails still looked very good but they lasted a week and then came off. I can only assume it's because they were done in such a rush. That said, it was a one-off, normally I'm happy with Top Nail Bar.
