I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, there was no apology for the wait. I paid for a deluxe pedicure but got what seems like an express manicure, there was still rough skin on the heel and cuticles were not sorted. Have been here before and they were great. Maybe it was an off night but I was disappointed.
