The place was very busy and the staff wasn't aware of the reservations (apart for me other people with bookings had to wait).
The room was nicely decorated, but had a very strong chemical smell. Disinfection is questionable.
The master was clearly in a hurry.
Both my hands and feet nails got smudged significantly, so I had to redo it at home! I understand that it could be my fault, but I waited long for it to dry and the master checked and let me go.
During shellac removal the master started peeling off my nail polish. Everyone knows it's bad for the nails, that's why I went to a salon to get it remove properly. I had to explicitly ask to stop this.
The staff was polite and nice, but this doesn't make up for poor quality.
