They took my gel nails off in a very rough way, almost hurting my skin when filing.
The manicure is very messy and uneven, my manicurist didn’t say a single word to me, didn’t ask about nail shape etc
They were very busy and rushed. Really disappointed.

Had the delux manucure and really liked the scrubbed, my hands were super smooth and hydrated afterwards. However overall this is a bit expansive for what it is. The place was dirty and staff could have been friendlier.
