They have tried to ask me to pay when the payment was already done through the app.
They was really pushy accepting exclusively cash, so I’ve walked almot 1h trying to find an atm, all of them in the area were out of service, at the end I came back and I told, “we’ve checked you have already paid!!” so I’ve just lost a lot of time during my lunch break, It won’t happen again.

Was kept waiting for 30minutes from a booked and paid for treatment. Think walk ins are accepted too much without looking at diary for pre bookings. Had to tell them to fix a ‘lifting’ nail that they were going to ignore and also didn’t receive the full treatment that I know should happen after 15 years of having Nails done. Overall a shame. People are nice enough though and place is clean.
