Was kept waiting for 30minutes from a booked and paid for treatment. Think walk ins are accepted too much without looking at diary for pre bookings. Had to tell them to fix a ‘lifting’ nail that they were going to ignore and also didn’t receive the full treatment that I know should happen after 15 years of having Nails done. Overall a shame. People are nice enough though and place is clean.

Manicure was putted fast without attention to details. Too tick polish nail was put it on, started to see bubbles while drying nails.

Very cramped salon when it’s busy, treatment was decently priced for London but some of my nails were left shaped crooked unfortunately after the infill which I had to try and fix myself when I got home as I hadn’t noticed at the salon. Charges £3 if you have a broken acrylic nail which is cheaper than surrounding salons.
