Didn’t check my booking when I arrived, staff seemed confused by my booking...eg I paid extra for gel nails but they directed us to the non-gel nail varnish. We only spotted this after a min or so of looking
They then charged me an extra £15 for a full pedicure...if they had checked the booking at the start, they would have seen I paid for a polish only. Felt like they just wanted they extra money from me and there was nothing I could do about it. Will not go back

I came in today for a full set of acrylics. The salon manager did my nails today, she understood what look I was trying to achieve, shaping my nails beautifully.
You could tell they got a lot of repeat custom from the way they were interacting with their clients, all the staff were very friendly! Great experience overall!
