Always so so lovely, couldn't recommend a better place to get your nails done. I had gel removal which was great; they made the treatment feel really luxurious.

Didn’t check my booking when I arrived, staff seemed confused by my booking...eg I paid extra for gel nails but they directed us to the non-gel nail varnish. We only spotted this after a min or so of looking
They then charged me an extra £15 for a full pedicure...if they had checked the booking at the start, they would have seen I paid for a polish only. Felt like they just wanted they extra money from me and there was nothing I could do about it. Will not go back
