In summary, it felt rushed, though I was in there an hour rather than the 25 mins it said. They were way overbooked and the staff were stressed. I had my nails started by one person and then swapped to someone else. She didn’t really listen and my nails looked fairly messy by the end. Not a great manicure when you have to file your own nails when it’s finished.
