The staff was really kind and friendly. The shellac manicure in itself was pretty bad though. Two different persons did my nails. They didnt cut my cuticules, didn’t clean my nails properly from the previous manicure. They put gel on my finger, did not apply the nail polish evenly.... really fast and good costumer service but the manicure was absolutely not worth £40..
