Everyone was super friendly. They took a good amount of time - not making me feel like I was being rushed out of the door but also quick enough that I could have it done on my lunch break. I liked having my hair washed & I got a conditioning treatment that made my hair really soft & shiny. I liked the way my hair was cut too. Would go again
