I was in the for nearly three hours as people kept coming in and they would tell me to wait whilst they would serve other clients. The foot baths were cold and I sat waiting in the chair for 30 mins supposedly with my feet in a wrap (a towel and some moisturiser) whilst other people who walked in off the street were served. My nail extensions were put on without my cuticles being done, my nails weren’t cut down and they were just done in a rush so I can see my nails under my false ones. They weren’t done near and so another person redid them and cut me with his finger nail trying to scrape off the messy polish the woman before had done on my feet. The colour wasn’t the colour I chose in my feet and I had to leave with my toes wet as I was made to be so late so they smudged. Waste of nearly three hours.
