Overall pleased with my gel enhancement. The service was quick, nails well shaped and polished. However, their organisationnel aspect is rather odd and is obvious it is a sprint against the clock. One person welcomed me, another shaped my nails, a third one did the gel, then back to the second person to finish with the nail polish. I would not even mind that even though to me it seems rather chaotic, would have preferred to have one person from start to end. During this partial work division, they go very fast, it is obvious they try to serve a client as quick as possible and pass onto the next one. While I understand it may be somehow in line with the busy London lifestyle, I did not feel relaxed. As a result, they needed to fix my two nails as they wanted to rush with the drying process while my nails were not completely dry, so I got smudges. Ended up drying my nails for additional 25 minutes. Otherwise the result is very nice, but this is not a relax/take your time kind of nail salon.

Lovely staff and very clean however it’s not obvious when choosing colours that some are more expensive than others so I had to pay an additional £10 on top of the price. My gel manicure also chipped after one day which I wasn’t expecting however the staff were brilliant and fixed it free of charge.
Great salon but does feel very rushed but then I think that’s the Central London norm.
