I booked which seemed pointless as I then sat there for 15 minutes waiting for the appointment. Paid for a luxury manicure, struggling to see what the luxury part referred to. My nail varnish peeled off the very next day. - very diappointing

Been here 4 times now and it’s always such a treat! All the staff are warm, friendly and professional. My nails are so perfect and beautiful every time. The atmosphere is great, always good music playing. Seats are comfortable and everything always clean and hygienic. 10/10 every time

Booked this venue because it was close to work and I was going on holiday the next day. I would say the pedicure is ok but not “Deluxe”. My feet didnt have that perfect pedicure look and smooth feel after. It looked like I’d done it myself at home to be honest. Also the manicurist spilled green foot cream all over my black suede shoes!! It was an accident and she apologised but they didnt offer me any compensation like a 20% discount on my next visit. Thats shows a disregard for retaining customers
