I called asking for an appointment for a gel Mani & Pedi after much yelp research. When I asked if I could come in at 11 am, I was told OK.
One thing I appreciated about this place was that often times, when you ask for an appointment at an Top Nail Bar, they'll say "OK" over the phone, but when you show up, there are no empty chairs and nothing close to even being remotely open. Even though there was a walk-in before me, Nam salon manager kept my appointment time.
After getting my nails destroyed elsewhere, I decided to go with a simple gel manicure and pedicure. Both were done with much care, Long was doing acrylics next to me, and he did them so thin and nicely I'll definitely keep him in mind when I want some extensions again.
It's a 10 minute drive for me from where I live, but I'll definitely come back.

From start to finish one of my favourite hair salon experiences ever! Giap made me feel like a queen and, unlike many other salons I’ve tried, he didn’t leave my side once. He gave me confidence in his knowledge that I could trust him to give me a good haircut. His attention to detail was UNREAL, no one has ever put that much effort in to a blow dry before I’ve never looked so good!. Also the salon was so relaxing with the music and environment I came out feeling like I’d done an hour and a half of meditating! I can’t wait to go back!

I got gel nails with Nam. She was very professional with great customer service - she took a lot of care and I didn't feel rushed at all. The nail bar is feels calm and you are given a drink. Over a week since getting the manicure and my nails have lasted and still look great. one of the best I have had. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic and professional haircut with no expense spared. I felt listened to with what I wanted and they spent a great deal of time making sure everything detail was perfect, even got a head massage included which was lovely. Thank you!

It’s a shame as the place has a lot of potential, however both my treatments were rushed because they were under staffed for the amount of bookings they had. My “luxury” pedicure wasn’t luxury at all and was even less of a treatment than what I would usually get for less. They are way overpriced on treatwell for the service they offer. They’re ok, I wouldn’t go back in a hurry - only if I were desperate or if it were very last minute. The staff were friendly and had a decent level of customer service. My nails are satisfactory.
